Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return Process

1. To request a return authorization, contact our support team with your order number within 30 days of your purchase via email at

US Customers: We provide free returns for customers within the United States. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label to use for your return.
International Customers: International customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Please arrange returns using a local carrier.

2. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative and attach the return shipping label.

3. Ship the package back to our designated address within 10 days of receiving the return authorization.

Refunds and Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please email our support team at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will assist you with the return process and ensure a replacement is sent.
